The first week of school on saturday, it was my first attempt trying to fly a kite! We learnt that we do not have to buy a kite but just the string in future, as the string snaps easily. Can just randomly pick up other ppl's kite & fly. Saw at least 10 dead kites lying around Marina Barrage's carpark and we selected 2 to fly when ours was gone after flying it for 5mins :(

It drizzled for awhile but we continue playing. Was it acid rain? Don't care :D The place is beautiful at night. After that went arcade at Illuma. The machines look really fun! Not those normal kinds of arcade that we always go. Happy that we managed to come out and play together with our beloved seniors before the hectic school period starts! Not forgetting dearest who joined us.

Few nights ago, went to Mel's wake. Despite not being in touch with her for 6years, it still hurts. Had wanted to arrange a primary school gathering before school starts but no one initiated. We should have done so. Perhaps things would turn out very different now. Every part of her is beautiful, and that's what only we'll remember.



This week was POC prep camp. Apparantly we slept throughout the train journey from HarbourFront. Very very tired. The night before, slept after 3am as we had to learn our family cheers and NDP dance. Showered in school before meeting sis for dinner at Swensens. $43+ gone :( They were giving out balloons for Mother's Day celebration, and we got ourselves the 2 nicest colors! I even asked the manager to get it for me as i was lazy to walk over and take it myself. Wanted to get them after footing the bill but many were taken within few minutes.

Hope next week's actual camp will be fun. Really going to enjoy ourselves before leaving SP.
